The third quarter of 2025 saw interesting trends in the puzzle game category on the Android platform in Hungary. According to Sensor Tower, these top five games showed varying performance metrics in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Block Blast! from HungryStudio demonstrated a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 10.1K at the end of September. The game maintained a strong user base with weekly active users hovering around 170K to 185K, despite no revenue generated during this period.

Words of Wonders: Crossword by Fugo Games experienced modest weekly revenue, reaching up to $207 in early August. Downloads remained steady, peaking at 3.6K in late August, while active users saw a gradual decline from 84K to 68K by the end of the quarter.

Block Crush! by Wonderful Studio had a significant growth in downloads, starting at 474 and increasing to over 3.8K by the end of September. Active users increased from a mere 284 to nearly 5.9K throughout the quarter.

Color Block Jam from Rollic Games generated notable revenue, peaking at $2.3K in early August. Downloads reached a high of 4.1K in the same period, while active users climbed from 8.2K to over 13K before declining sharply to 7.8K in mid-September.

Lastly, Word Search Explorer by PlaySimple Games maintained a consistent revenue of around $3 weekly. The game saw a decline in downloads from 4.5K to just over 1.2K by the end of September, with active users decreasing from 31K to 20K throughout the quarter.
